We’re serious about our responsibilities
At Global Filters, we believe in operating ethically and responsibly in everything we do.
Environment, Sustainability and Net-Zero
The work we do and the products we make provide many benefits to our customers and to wider society. These include environmental benefits like helping equipment operate more efficiently, capturing waste and pollutants, or replacing other more environmentally-damaging alternative parts.
But we also recognise that our operations and products create their own adverse environmental impacts, and we firmly believe we have a moral duty and responsibility to reduce it.
So as well as meeting or exceeding all applicable environmental legislation and codes of practice (naturally), we are determined to minimise all the adverse environmental impacts of our activities and products, so far is as it is safe, practical and economically sustainable to do so, and to help our customers do the same.
To deliver this, we are constantly looking at how we can work more efficiently, exploring more environmentally-friendly plastics, and seeking to reduce our carbon footprint as we start the journey towards net-zero.

Ethics & Integrity
We believe in operating to the highest standards of business ethics and integrity in all our interactions with our staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
This means complying with all relevant legislation, providing a safe, welcoming and non-discriminatory workplace, being honest and professional in everything we do, and delivering on our promises.
When we fall short of these standards, we encourage and welcome constructive feedback so that we can learn from it and continuously improve.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing
Of course it is our policy to always comply with relevant health and safety legislation, as a minimum. But more than that, we aim to provide a workplace that meets the highest standards, and is always improving.
To achieve this, we promote a safety culture, train our people from day 1, encourage the reporting of all accidents and near misses, closely monitor our performance against targets, and report it to the top.
