We are accredited to ISO 9001, but for us that’s just the start

We discuss our customers’ quality requirements at the start of every new project, and work with them to put in place effective and efficient quality controls tailored to each part.  On high-volume parts this can include fully-automated 100% inspection of parts using vision systems.

We have adopted many of the practices and standards of ISO/TS 16949 across our operations, so PPAP, FMEA, APQP and SPC are everyday requirements for us.

And on the rare occasions where things do go wrong, our priority is always to put things right for the customer, and then to learn the lessons using our formal 8D quality process.

Our approach works – we routinely achieve maximum scores for quality and service in our customers’ formal supplier performance assessments.
